jānatā yatkṛtaṃ pāpaṃ taccaivākṣayatāṃ vrajet | na karoti mahīpālo yadi tasya vinigraham

परंतु जाणूनबुजून केलेले पाप अक्षय फलाकडे जाते; जर भूमिपाल राजा त्याचा निग्रह व दंड करीत नाही तर।
