विश्वामित्र उवाच । प्रश्नभारो महानेष त्वया मे परिकीर्तितः । तथापि च वदिष्यामि यदि ते कौतुकं नृप । यस्मात्सञ्जायते दोषश्चूर्णपत्रस्य भक्षणात्
viśvāmitra uvāca | praśnabhāro mahāneṣa tvayā me parikīrtitaḥ | tathāpi ca vadiṣyāmi yadi te kautukaṃ nṛpa | yasmātsañjāyate doṣaścūrṇapatrasya bhakṣaṇāt
विश्वामित्र म्हणाला—तू विचारलेला प्रश्नभार खरोखर मोठा आहे. तरीही, हे नृप! तुला कुतूहल असल्यास मी सांगतो की चूर्ण केलेल्या पानांच्या मिश्रणाचे भक्षण केल्याने दोष कसा उत्पन्न होतो.
