भूयोभूयः परिष्वज्य सभार्यः पृष्टवांस्तदा । क्व गतः स्वाश्रमाद्वत्स चिरात्कस्मादिहाऽगतः
bhūyobhūyaḥ pariṣvajya sabhāryaḥ pṛṣṭavāṃstadā | kva gataḥ svāśramādvatsa cirātkasmādihā'gataḥ
पुन्हा पुन्हा मिठी मारून, पत्नीसमवेत त्याने विचारले—“वत्सा! तू आपल्या आश्रमातून कुठे गेला होतास? इतक्या दिवसांनी इथे कसा आलास?”
