शतानन्द उवाच । यद्येवं साधयिष्यामि तत्कृतेऽहं हुताशनम् । विषं वा भक्षयिष्यामि पतिष्यामि जलाशये
śatānanda uvāca | yadyevaṃ sādhayiṣyāmi tatkṛte'haṃ hutāśanam | viṣaṃ vā bhakṣayiṣyāmi patiṣyāmi jalāśaye
शतानंद म्हणाला—जर असेच असेल, तर त्या कार्यसिद्धीसाठी मी अग्निपरीक्षा स्वीकारीन; किंवा विष भक्षण करीन; किंवा जलाशयात उडी घेईन—कशाही प्रकारे ते साध्य करीन।
