dharmajñastu kṛtajñastu devasvaparivarjakaḥ | tacchrutvā vāsavo hṛṣṭastamuvāca dvijottamam
तो धर्मज्ञ, कृतज्ञ आणि देवस्वाचा दुरुपयोग टाळणारा होता; हे ऐकून वासव आनंदित झाला व त्या श्रेष्ठ ब्राह्मणास म्हणाला।
