परावसुरुवाच । गंडूषमेकं मद्यस्य मया पीतं द्विजोत्तमाः । तावन्मात्रं पिबाम्येव घृतं वह्निसमं कृतम्
parāvasuruvāca | gaṃḍūṣamekaṃ madyasya mayā pītaṃ dvijottamāḥ | tāvanmātraṃ pibāmyeva ghṛtaṃ vahnisamaṃ kṛtam
परावसु म्हणाला—हे द्विजोत्तमांनो, मी मद्याचा फक्त एक गंडूष (एक तोंडभर) प्यालो आहे. म्हणून मी तितक्याच प्रमाणात वह्निसमान तप्त तूपच पिणार आहे.
