Transliteration

ahorātreṇa coktāni pramāṇe dvija sattamāḥ | ṣaḍbhirucchvāsaniśvāsaiḥ palamekaṃ pravartate

हे द्विजश्रेष्ठांनो! काळाचे प्रमाण अहोरात्रानेही सांगितले आहे; सहा उच्छ्वास-निश्वासांनी एक पल मानला जातो.
