vittalobhena yatraiṣā niviṣṭā pañcabhartṛkā | tathā ca vacanaṃ proktaṃ brāhmaṇīyaṃ bhaviṣyati

Translation

जिथे धनलोभाने ही ‘पंचभर्तृका’ स्त्री बसविली गेली, तिथेही असे वचन उच्चारले गेले की हा प्रसंग ‘ब्राह्मणीय’ (ब्राह्मण-संबंधी) ठरेल।
