vasiṣṭha uvāca | homadhenuriyaṃ rājannasmākaṃ kāmadohinī | adeyā gaurmahārāja sāmānyāpi dvijanmanām

वसिष्ठ म्हणाले—“हे राजन्, ही आमची होमधेनू आहे, कामना पूर्ण करणारी. हे महाराज, द्विजांची तर साधी गायसुद्धा देण्यास योग्य नाही.”
