ततः प्रभृति विख्यातमश्वतीर्थं धरातले । गंगातीरे शुभे पुण्ये कान्यकुब्जसमीपगम् । यस्मिन्स्नाने कृते मर्त्यो वाजिमेधफलं लभेत्
tataḥ prabhṛti vikhyātamaśvatīrthaṃ dharātale | gaṃgātīre śubhe puṇye kānyakubjasamīpagam | yasminsnāne kṛte martyo vājimedhaphalaṃ labhet
त्या वेळेपासून पृथ्वीवर अश्वतीर्थ प्रसिद्ध झाले—गंगेच्या शुभ, पुण्य तीरावर, कान्यकुब्जाजवळ. तेथे स्नान केल्यास मनुष्याला अश्वमेध यज्ञाचे फळ मिळते।
