यस्मिन्सिद्धिं गतः सोऽत्र याज्ञवल्क्यप्रतिष्ठिते । ततो मध्यममाहूय प्रणिपत्याभिवाद्य च । सोऽब्रवीद्ब्राह्मणानां मे चातुश्चरणमानय
yasminsiddhiṃ gataḥ so'tra yājñavalkyapratiṣṭhite | tato madhyamamāhūya praṇipatyābhivādya ca | so'bravīdbrāhmaṇānāṃ me cātuścaraṇamānaya
याज्ञवल्क्यांनी प्रतिष्ठित केलेल्या त्या स्थानी, जिथे त्याला सिद्धी प्राप्त झाली होती, तेथे त्याने आपल्या प्रमुखास बोलावून, नमस्कार करून आदराने अभिवादन केले व म्हणाला— “माझ्यासाठी ‘चातुश्चरण’ म्हणून ओळखला जाणारा ब्राह्मणसमूह आण।”
