क्षत्रिय उवाच । न सा विद्या न तच्छिल्पं न तत्कार्यं न सा कला । अर्थार्थिभिर्न तज्ज्ञानं धनिनां यन्न दीयते
kṣatriya uvāca | na sā vidyā na tacchilpaṃ na tatkāryaṃ na sā kalā | arthārthibhirna tajjñānaṃ dhanināṃ yanna dīyate
क्षत्रिय म्हणाला—अशी कोणतीही विद्या नाही, कोणतेही शिल्प नाही, कोणतेही कार्य नाही, कोणतीही कला नाही; आणि धनाची इच्छा करणाऱ्यांसाठी असे कोणतेही ज्ञान नाही जे धनवान देत नाहीत।
