श्रीभगवानुवाच । न तेऽस्ति मरणं दैत्य कथंचिच्चिंतितं मया । तेनेत्थं विधृतं व्योम्नि भित्त्वा शूलेन वक्षसि
śrībhagavānuvāca | na te'sti maraṇaṃ daitya kathaṃcicciṃtitaṃ mayā | tenetthaṃ vidhṛtaṃ vyomni bhittvā śūlena vakṣasi
श्रीभगवान म्हणाले—हे दैत्य! तुझ्यासाठी मरण नाही, असा मी निश्चय केला आहे. म्हणून शूलाने वक्ष भेदून तुला आकाशात असे धारण केले आहे.
