कृष्ण पक्षे चतुर्दश्यां चैत्रमासे द्विजोत्तमाः । न तदा लक्षितस्तेन गच्छमानो यदृच्छया
kṛṣṇa pakṣe caturdaśyāṃ caitramāse dvijottamāḥ | na tadā lakṣitastena gacchamāno yadṛcchayā
हे द्विजोत्तमांनो, चैत्रमासातील कृष्णपक्षाच्या चतुर्दशीस तो पशू योगायोगाने निघून गेला; त्या वेळी त्याच्या लक्षात तो आला नाही.
