देवा ऊचुः । अद्यप्रभृति लोकेऽत्र गर्त्तेयं तव शोभने । दीर्घिकेति सुविख्याता भविष्यति जगत्त्रये

devā ūcuḥ | adyaprabhṛti loke'tra gartteyaṃ tava śobhane | dīrghiketi suvikhyātā bhaviṣyati jagattraye

देव म्हणाले—हे शोभने! आजपासून या लोकील हा सरोवर-गर्त ‘दीर्घिका’ या नावाने त्रैलोक्यात सुप्रसिद्ध होईल।
