एवमुक्त्वाथ ते विप्रास्तीर्थयात्रां ततो ययुः । सोऽपि तत्रैव चौरस्तु स्थितो जपपरायणः
evamuktvātha te viprāstīrthayātrāṃ tato yayuḥ | so'pi tatraiva caurastu sthito japaparāyaṇaḥ
असे सांगून ते ब्राह्मण तीर्थयात्रेस निघून गेले. पण तो चोर तिथेच राहिला आणि जपातच परायण झाला.
