एवं संबोधितस्तैस्तु चिरात्पन्नगसत्तमः । अग्निदाह्यं ततश्चक्रे तस्य पुत्रस्य दुःखितः

evaṃ saṃbodhitastaistu cirātpannagasattamaḥ | agnidāhyaṃ tataścakre tasya putrasya duḥkhitaḥ

अशा रीतीने त्यांच्याकडून समजावून सांगितल्यावरही, बराच वेळ गेल्यावर तो श्रेष्ठ पन्नग—पुत्रदुःखाने व्याकुळ—मग आपल्या पुत्राचा अग्निदाह (दाहसंस्कार) करण्याची व्यवस्था करू लागला।
