दास्यामि जीवनं वीर कुटिलस्यापि चाधुना । एवमुक्तः शंकरेण वीरभद्रोऽब्रवीत्पुनः
dāsyāmi jīvanaṃ vīra kuṭilasyāpi cādhunā | evamuktaḥ śaṃkareṇa vīrabhadro'bravītpunaḥ
शिव म्हणाले—“हे वीर, आता या कुटिलालाही मी जीवन देईन।” असे शंकरांनी म्हटल्यावर वीरभद्र पुन्हा बोलला.
