नास्ति मातृसमं त्राणं नास्ति मातृसमा प्रपा । कुक्षिसंधारणाद्धात्री जननाज्जननी तथा
nāsti mātṛsamaṃ trāṇaṃ nāsti mātṛsamā prapā | kukṣisaṃdhāraṇāddhātrī jananājjananī tathā
आईसारखे त्राण नाही, आईसारखी प्रपा (विश्रांतीचा आश्रय) नाही. कुशीत धारण केल्याने ती ‘धात्री’ आणि जन्म दिल्याने ती ‘जननी’ म्हणतात।
