अस्मिंश्च कूपे यो मर्त्यः स्नात्वा तर्पयते पितॄन् । सर्वतीर्थफलं चास्तु पितॄणामक्षया गतिः
asmiṃśca kūpe yo martyaḥ snātvā tarpayate pitṝn | sarvatīrthaphalaṃ cāstu pitṝṇāmakṣayā gatiḥ
आणि जो कोणी मनुष्य या कूपात स्नान करून पितरांचे तर्पण करील—त्याला सर्व तीर्थांचे फळ मिळो, आणि पितरांना अक्षय गती लाभो.
