इतोष्टमे च दिवसे त्वज्जनेता प्रजापतिः । मह्यं दास्यति कन्यां त्वां सफलस्ते मनोरथः । इत्युक्त्वा देवदेवेशस्तत्रैवांतर्हितोभवत्
itoṣṭame ca divase tvajjanetā prajāpatiḥ | mahyaṃ dāsyati kanyāṃ tvāṃ saphalaste manorathaḥ | ityuktvā devadeveśastatraivāṃtarhitobhavat
“आजपासून आठव्या दिवशी तुझा जनक प्रजापती तुला कन्यारूपाने विवाहार्थ मला देईल; तुझी इच्छा सफल होईल।” असे म्हणून देवदेवेश्वर तेथेच अंतर्धान पावला।
