शीतरश्मिः शिरःस्थोपि वर्षन्पीयूषसीकरैः । काशीविश्लेषजं तापं नाहो गमयितुं प्रभुः
śītaraśmiḥ śiraḥsthopi varṣanpīyūṣasīkaraiḥ | kāśīviśleṣajaṃ tāpaṃ nāho gamayituṃ prabhuḥ
शीतरश्मी चंद्र माझ्या शिरी असूनही आणि अमृतकणांचा वर्षाव करीत असूनही—अहो—काशी-वियोगातून उत्पन्न झालेला दाह दूर करू शकत नाही.
