प्रणम्य दंडवद्भूमौ कृतांजलिपुटौ गणौ । कृताभ्यनुज्ञो भ्रूक्षेपाद्विज्ञप्तिमथ चक्रतुः
praṇamya daṃḍavadbhūmau kṛtāṃjalipuṭau gaṇau | kṛtābhyanujño bhrūkṣepādvijñaptimatha cakratuḥ
भूमीवर दंडवत् प्रणाम करून व हात जोडून, ते दोघे गण—भुवईच्या संकेताने अनुमती मिळाल्यावर—मग आपली विनंती मांडू लागले।
