प्रयागेशं महालिंगं तत्र तिष्ठति कामदम् । तत्सान्निध्याच्च तत्तीर्थं कामदं परिकीर्तितम्
prayāgeśaṃ mahāliṃgaṃ tatra tiṣṭhati kāmadam | tatsānnidhyācca tattīrthaṃ kāmadaṃ parikīrtitam
तेथे प्रयागेश नावाचे महालिंग स्थित आहे, जे इच्छित वर देणारे आहे। त्याच्या पवित्र सान्निध्यामुळे ते तीर्थही ‘कामद’ (इच्छापूरक) म्हणून प्रसिद्ध झाले आहे।
