apekṣaṃte na mugdhākṣyaḥ kulaṃ śīlaṃ śrutaṃ dhanam | rūpameva samīkṣaṃte viṣameṣu vimohitāḥ

विषयमोहाने मोहित झालेल्या मुग्धनयना युवती कुल, शील, विद्या व धन यांचा विचार करीत नाहीत; गुंतलेल्या रागपाशात त्या केवळ रूपच पाहतात।
