प्राणायामैर्दहेद्दोषान्प्रत्याहारेण पातकम् । मनोधैर्यं धारणया ध्यानेनेश्वरदर्शनम्

prāṇāyāmairdaheddoṣānpratyāhāreṇa pātakam | manodhairyaṃ dhāraṇayā dhyāneneśvaradarśanam

प्राणायामाने दोष दग्ध होतात, प्रत्याहाराने पाप नष्ट होते. धारणेने मनाला धैर्य-स्थैर्य येते आणि ध्यानाने ईश्वरदर्शन प्राप्त होते.
