महिषीत्युच्यते नारी या च स्याद्व्यभिचारिणी । तां दुष्टां कामयेद्यस्तु स वै माहिषिकः स्मृतः
mahiṣītyucyate nārī yā ca syādvyabhicāriṇī | tāṃ duṣṭāṃ kāmayedyastu sa vai māhiṣikaḥ smṛtaḥ
जी स्त्री व्यभिचारिणी असेल तिला येथे ‘महिषी’ म्हणतात; आणि जो त्या दुष्ट स्त्रीची कामना करतो, तोच ‘माहिषिक’ मानला जातो।
