न मनुष्यस्तुतिं कुर्यान्नात्मानमपमानयेत् । अभ्युद्यतं न प्रणुदेत्परमर्माणि नोच्चरेत्

na manuṣyastutiṃ kuryānnātmānamapamānayet | abhyudyataṃ na praṇudetparamarmāṇi noccaret

सांसारिक मनुष्यांची स्तुती करू नये, आणि स्वतःचा अपमानही करू नये। आदराने जवळ आलेल्याला दूर लोटू नये, तसेच परक्यांची मर्मस्थाने/गुपिते उघड करू नयेत।
