gaṃbhīrā dakṣiṇāvartā nābhī syātsukhasaṃpade | vāmāvartā samuttānā vyaktagraṃthirna śobhanā

Translation

गंभीर व दक्षिणावर्त नाभी सुख-समृद्धी देणारी म्हणतात; पण वामावर्त, उंचावलेली व स्पष्ट ग्रंथियुक्त नाभी शुभ मानली जात नाही.
