चिपिटाभिर्भवेद्दासी विरलाभिर्दरिद्रिणी । परस्परं समारूढाः पादांगुल्यो भवंति हि
cipiṭābhirbhaveddāsī viralābhirdaridriṇī | parasparaṃ samārūḍhāḥ pādāṃgulyo bhavaṃti hi
चपटी बोटे असतील तर ती दासी होते; आणि विरळ (दूर-दूर) बोटे असतील तर दरिद्रिणी. खरेच, पायाची बोटे कधी कधी एकमेकांवर चढलेलीही आढळतात.
