Transliteration

unnato māṃsaloṃguṣṭho vartulotulabhogadaḥ | vakro hrasvaśca cipiṭaḥ sukhasaubhāgyabhaṃjakaḥ

Translation

उंच, मांसल व गोलाकार अंगठा अतुल भोगसुख देणारा मानला आहे. पण जो अंगठा वाकडा, ठेंगणा किंवा चपटा असेल, तो सुख व सौभाग्य भंग करणारा म्हणतात.
