सहस्रकृत्वो गायत्र्याः शतकृत्वोथवा पुनः । दशकृत्वोथ देव्यैव कुर्यात्सौरीमुपस्थितिम्
sahasrakṛtvo gāyatryāḥ śatakṛtvothavā punaḥ | daśakṛtvotha devyaiva kuryātsaurīmupasthitim
गायत्रीचा सहस्र वेळा—किंवा शंभर वेळा, अथवा पुन्हा दहा वेळा—जप करून, त्या देवी गायत्रीलाच साधन मानून सूर्याची ‘सौरी उपस्थिति’ उपासना करावी।
