Transliteration

tadaghapratighaṃ viṣṇo carāmyetadvrataṃ śubham | evamukto maheśena puṃḍarīkavilocanaḥ

Translation

‘हे विष्णो, त्या पापाच्या प्रतिघातासाठी मी हे शुभ व्रत आचरतो.’ असे महेशाने सांगितल्यावर कमलनयन विष्णूने ते ऐकले।
