समुन्नतोपि संपत्त्या विनयानतकंधरः । आकरोपि गुणानां हि गुणिष्वाकारगोपकः
samunnatopi saṃpattyā vinayānatakaṃdharaḥ | ākaropi guṇānāṃ hi guṇiṣvākāragopakaḥ
संपत्तीने उन्नत असूनही तो विनयाने मान झुकवून असे. गुणांचा आकर असूनही, गुणीजनांत आपली श्रेष्ठता लपवून ठेवत असे।
