ती चिदाकाशात संचार करणारी, अचिंत्य आहे; चंचल चामरांनी तिचे वीजण केले जाते. ती सर्व पापे चोरून नेते, आणि सर्व मंडले—लोक व क्षेत्रे—भ्रमण करून सर्वत्र व्याप्त राहते.
