ख्यातः स्याद्येन विधिना सर्वत्र विधिपावनम् । नाकार्षीन्निर्गमं चास्य चतुर्थे मासि मंदधीः
khyātaḥ syādyena vidhinā sarvatra vidhipāvanam | nākārṣīnnirgamaṃ cāsya caturthe māsi maṃdadhīḥ
ज्या विधीने सर्वत्र विधिनियमांनी पावन होऊन प्रतिष्ठा मिळते, तो संस्कारही त्या मंदबुद्धी पालकाने केला नाही; चौथ्या महिन्यात बालकाचा निष्क्रमणसंस्कारसुद्धा केला नाही।
