धनैरनंधो यत्रास्ति मनो नैव च भोजनम् । अनयः स्यंदनं यत्र न च वै राजपूरुषः
dhanairanaṃdho yatrāsti mano naiva ca bhojanam | anayaḥ syaṃdanaṃ yatra na ca vai rājapūruṣaḥ
ज्या देशात धनालाच ‘दृष्टी’ मानले जाते आणि भोजनातही मनाला तृप्ती मिळत नाही; जिथे अन्यायच जीवनरथाचे वाहन ठरते आणि धर्मनिष्ठ राजपुरुष नसतात—तो देश अधर्मी ओळखला जातो।
