Tirtha: Kāśī-kshetra (implicit)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Sages/pilgrims (contextual)
Scene: A split-panel: on one side, a devotee performs many vratas and gives dāna; on the other, the same devotee recites the Dhruva-stuti with focused devotion—both sides balanced by a scale showing equal ‘phala’.
Devotional praise can concentrate the merits of many external observances when done sincerely.
The verse belongs to Kāśīkhaṇḍa’s devotional framework, consistent with Kāśī’s theme of concentrated merit.
Rely on recitation of this stuti as a merit-bearing practice comparable to dāna and vrata.
