नियंत्रितो महिष्याश्च तस्याः सौभाग्यगौरवात् । विमृज्य च सभालोकं शोकं संमृज्य चेष्टितैः
niyaṃtrito mahiṣyāśca tasyāḥ saubhāgyagauravāt | vimṛjya ca sabhālokaṃ śokaṃ saṃmṛjya ceṣṭitaiḥ
राणीच्या सौभाग्य-गौरवाच्या भारामुळे आवरला जाऊन राजाने स्वतःला सावरले; सभेकडे नजर टाकून बाह्य चेष्टांनी शोक पुसण्याचा प्रयत्न केला।
