आचक्षाथामिदं देवौ यदि प्रीतिर्मयि प्रभू । ततस्तौ स्माहतुर्देवौ शुक्रस्य परमां कथाम्

ācakṣāthāmidaṃ devau yadi prītirmayi prabhū | tatastau smāhaturdevau śukrasya paramāṃ kathām

हे प्रभू, हे दिव्य देवहो! जर माझ्यावर प्रीती असेल तर हे मला सांगा. मग ते दोघे देव शुक्राची परम कथा सांगू लागले.
