udyanmatsyo mahānakraśaṃkhaśuktisamākulaḥ | kvacidaurvānalākrāṃtaḥ phenavānatibhīṣaṇaḥ

Translation

समुद्र उड्या मारणाऱ्या माशांनी खवळला होता; महाकाय मगरी, शंख व शुक्ती (शिंपले) यांनी तो गच्च भरलेला होता. कुठे कुठे और्वानलाग्नीने ग्रासल्यासारखा तो फेसाळून अत्यंत भयानक दिसत होता।
