देव्युवाच । प्रीतास्मि ते मुनिश्रेष्ठ वत्से प्रीतास्मि तेऽनघे । किं वा ददाम्यभिमतं देवानामपि दुर्लभम्
devyuvāca | prītāsmi te muniśreṣṭha vatse prītāsmi te'naghe | kiṃ vā dadāmyabhimataṃ devānāmapi durlabham
देवी म्हणाली—हे मुनिश्रेष्ठ, मी तुझ्यावर प्रसन्न आहे; वत्से, हे निष्पापे, मी तुझ्यावरही प्रसन्न आहे। सांग, देवांनाही दुर्लभ असा कोणता प्रिय वर तुला द्यावा?
