umārudrāṅgasambhūtā yena caiṣā mahānadī | lokānprāpayate svargaṃ tena puṇyatvamāgatā

ही महानदी उमा व रुद्र यांच्या देहातून उत्पन्न झाली आहे, आणि ती लोकांना स्वर्गप्राप्ती करून देते—म्हणूनच तिला परम पुण्यत्व व पावित्र्य प्राप्त झाले आहे.
