praviṣṭastu vane kaṇvastṛṣārtaḥ śramapīḍitaḥ | snāto revājale puṇye saṅgame pāpanāśane
त्या वनात प्रवेश करून कण्व मुनी तहानेने व्याकुळ व श्रमाने पीडित झाले; तेव्हा पापनाशक अशा त्या पुण्य संगमस्थानी रेवा नदीच्या पवित्र जलात त्यांनी स्नान केले।
