यानि कानि च तीर्थानि चासमुद्रसरांसि च । शिवलिङ्गार्चनस्येह कलां नार्हन्ति षोडशीम्
yāni kāni ca tīrthāni cāsamudrasarāṃsi ca | śivaliṅgārcanasyeha kalāṃ nārhanti ṣoḍaśīm
कितीही तीर्थे असोत आणि कितीही सरोवरे व जल (समुद्रापर्यंत) असो, येथे शिवलिंगार्चनेने मिळणाऱ्या पुण्याच्या सोळाव्या अंशालाही ती समकक्ष नाहीत।
