तां दृष्ट्वा देवदैत्येन्द्रा मोहिता लभते कथम् । मृगयन्ति स्म तां कन्यामितश्चेतश्च भारत
tāṃ dṛṣṭvā devadaityendrā mohitā labhate katham | mṛgayanti sma tāṃ kanyāmitaścetaśca bhārata
तिला पाहून देव व दैत्यांचे अधिपती मोहित झाले—‘हिला कसे मिळवावे?’ असे मनात धरून, हे भारत, ते त्या कन्येचा इकडे-तिकडे शोध घेऊ लागले।
