न शूद्राय मतिं दद्यान्नोच्छिष्टं न हविष्कृतम् । न चास्योपदिशेद्धर्मं न चास्य व्रतमादिशेत्
na śūdrāya matiṃ dadyānnocchiṣṭaṃ na haviṣkṛtam | na cāsyopadiśeddharmaṃ na cāsya vratamādiśet
शूद्राला मति/उपदेश देऊ नये; त्याला उच्छिष्ट देऊ नये, तसेच हविरूप अर्पणही देऊ नये; त्याला धर्मोपदेश करू नये, आणि त्याच्यासाठी व्रतही सांगू नये।
