ऊर्ध्वबाहुनिरालम्बा आदित्यभ्रमणाः परे । सायंप्रातर्भुजश्चान्ये एकाहारास्तथा परे

ūrdhvabāhunirālambā ādityabhramaṇāḥ pare | sāyaṃprātarbhujaścānye ekāhārāstathā pare

काही आधाराविना बाहू उंचावून उभे राहत; काही सूर्यपरिक्रमेचे व्रत करीत. काही सायं-प्रातःच भोजन करीत, तर काही एकाहार-व्रत पाळीत.
