kurukṣetraṃ bhuvi paramantarikṣe tripuṣkaram | puruṣottamaṃ divi paraṃ devatīrthaṃ parātparam

Translation

भूवर कुरुक्षेत्र श्रेष्ठ, अंतरिक्षात त्रिपुष्कर श्रेष्ठ, स्वर्गात पुरुषोत्तम श्रेष्ठ—परंतु देवतीर्थ हे श्रेष्ठाहूनही श्रेष्ठ आहे.
