श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । कामप्रमोदिनीसख्यो नीयमानां च तेन तु । दृष्ट्वा ताश्चुक्रुशुः सर्वा निःसृत्य जलमध्यतः
śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | kāmapramodinīsakhyo nīyamānāṃ ca tena tu | dṛṣṭvā tāścukruśuḥ sarvā niḥsṛtya jalamadhyataḥ
श्रीमार्कण्डेय म्हणाले— त्याने नेली जात असलेली कामप्रमोदिनी पाहून, जलाच्या मध्यातून बाहेर येत तिच्या सर्व सख्या आक्रोश करू लागल्या।
